3 Carrots
1 Big onion
1 cup Green Lentils
1 cup Red Lentils
1 Big tomato
Turmeric, Garamasala, Coriander, Curry, Tandoori, Chili, Nutmeg, Paprika
Sherry vinager
Boil the lentils carefully for 10 minutes with all the spices.
Chop carrots, tomato and onion, add them. Let boil till you like the texture.
Something like that… Serve on top graded kale!
During the day we had a minor explosion in the wall above the piano, called management and these to kids came along to fix it. Worked out well.
